What this website is

This site describes an open position at Pretty Model, an online webcam studio working remotely with models across Europe. It is information about the work and its conditions. It is not an employment contract and not a binding offer.

Writing to our bot or to a recruiter commits you to nothing. Nothing starts until both sides agree on conditions.

Who can apply

• You are 18 years old or older.
• You have a valid identity document. Every streaming platform verifies identity by law; you upload the document to the platform yourself, and the studio never receives a copy of it.
• You are comfortable with adult live streaming, because that is what this work is.

Your status

You work as an independent, self-employed person. This is not employment, and the studio is not your employer. You set your own schedule and you decide how many hours you stream.

You are responsible for declaring your income and paying any tax due where you live. We are not tax advisers and do not give tax advice. What we can do is tell you exactly what you received and when, so that your accountant has real numbers to work with.

Money

• Your share. 80% of what you earn during your first fourteen days, paid every day. After that period your rate is between 70% and 85%, and payouts move to a two-week cycle.
• No fines. The studio has no penalty system. We do not take money from you for missed streams, for being late, or for anything else.
• Payouts. In cryptocurrency. If that is new to you, we help you create a wallet and show you how to get a crypto card.
• No guaranteed income. Any figure on this site describes what regular work has looked like in practice, not a promise. Your result depends on your hours, your consistency and how you talk to people. Nobody can guarantee you an income, and you should not believe a studio that does.

Your account and your limits

• If you already have a streaming account, you can bring it and take it back with you. If we create one together, its details stay with you.
• What you do on camera is your decision. Your limits are agreed before you start, and the studio does not change them for you.
• The rules of the streaming platform apply to your broadcasts, and you accept those rules when you register there. The studio cannot override them.
• You can stop at any time. Tell your admin and you stop. Money you have already earned is still paid to you.

Privacy

Nobody can promise total anonymity, and this site does not. How we handle your data, what we store and what we never receive is set out in the Privacy Policy.

This website

The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Pretty Model. You may read and share links to these pages freely. Copying the content to present it as your own is not allowed.

We try to keep every figure and condition on this site current. If something changes, we change the page. If you find a statement here that contradicts what a recruiter told you, tell us — one of the two is out of date, and we would rather know.

Limits of responsibility

We are responsible for what we promise: training, account setup, an admin during your first streams, and paying you the agreed share on time. We are not responsible for decisions of the streaming platforms, for the behaviour of viewers, for technical failures outside our control, or for the tax consequences of your own income.

Disagreements

If something goes wrong, write to us first. Most questions about money or conditions are settled in one conversation, because the numbers are checkable.

The studio currently operates without a registered legal entity, so there is no company jurisdiction to name here, and we will not invent one. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly is governed by the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

If conditions change, we update this page and change the date at the top. Changes to your revenue share or payout schedule are agreed with you personally, not announced by editing a web page.
