Who we are

Pretty Model is an online webcam studio. We work remotely with models across Europe. We have no office and no public address, and we say so plainly rather than inventing one.

What we collect

• What you tell our Telegram bot. The bot asks five to seven questions: the name or nickname you choose to give, confirmation that you are 18 or older, your country, and short answers about your experience and schedule. It also sees your Telegram username and account ID, because that is how Telegram works.
• What you write to a recruiter or an admin. Messages in Telegram, and email if you write to us by email.
• Technical data from this website. If analytics are switched on, the pages you open, the page that sent you here, your approximate region, browser and device type. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and tell you honestly whether the format suits you.
• To help you set up an account on a streaming platform, and to train you.
• To calculate and send your payouts, and to explain any number you ask about.
• To keep the site working and to see which pages people actually read.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles for anyone else.

On what legal basis

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation applies to this processing. We rely on two bases:

• Your consent — when you write to the bot or to us, and for analytics cookies.
• Steps taken at your request before a contract — when we discuss conditions, set up your account and arrange payouts.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not make anything we did before it unlawful, but it stops us from processing your data further.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of ordinary services to run the studio. Each of them has its own privacy policy, and we do not control what they do beyond the service they provide to us:

• Telegram — the messenger where the bot and our conversations live.
• Tilda — the platform this website is built and hosted on.
• Streaming platforms — the site you choose to work on. You register there yourself and accept their terms; identity verification and your document stay with them.
• Analytics services — if switched on, they receive anonymous statistics about visits to this site.

Some of these services operate outside the European Economic Area, which means your data may be processed in other countries. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those services declare in their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and the details you gave us for as long as we are in contact and you are working with the studio. We do not set a fixed shelf life for that correspondence.

If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Write to the email or the Telegram account above. We may keep the bare minimum needed to show that a payout was made, if a payout took place.

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:

• ask what data about you we hold and get a copy of it;
• have it corrected if it is wrong;
• have it deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive it in a portable form;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.

To use any of these, write to vacancyprettymodel@gmail.com or to @pretty_model. We answer within 30 days. You do not need to explain why.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and, if analytics are switched on, cookies that count visits. Analytics cookies tell us how many people opened a page and which page sent them here. They do not tell us who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Age

This studio works only with people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, write to us and we will delete everything immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes are also announced to models we are in contact with.
